March Activities

Updated: Apr 24, 2023

It was a busy month! Here's what the club did in the month of

March 2023

Rapid Ann Garden club members sponsored a 5th graders at a local elementary school in a project of sharing.

This was part of a larger county-wide project among elementary schools. It involved each student performing some act of caring and sharing during the school day. Our group of students made floral arrangements that they then gave to someone they cared about.

Good job Students! Those look lovely!

A big Thank you to club member Sharon Mohrmann for helping make this activity possible!

Going...Going......Gone!

Where can you bid on designer purses, live potted plants and tasty treats all in one place?

The RAGC Ways and Means committee

annual auction of course!

Mary Jane Ewing offers up an item for bids.

Cynthia McCarthy offers up an arm rest caddy.

Monthly floral challenge.

It's always so much fun to see what everyone has come up with

for monthly floral arrangements.

Club member, Elizabeth Bryant, gave a demonstration on making a floral "cake". She learned this from her mother.

Crab apple blossoms are the preferred flower but with none available, Elizabeth was resourceful and used pear blossoms for her demo. Thanks Elizabeth!
